How It Works
Quick Onboarding Overview
01. Assessment
Each program begins with a detailed evaluation conducted by a certified analyst. This process is designed to identify developmental needs and bridge gaps in functioning. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess the individual and design a behavior plan based on those findings.
02. Goal Setting
Objectives are identified using established behavioral principles, focusing on skill-building across key developmental areas. Assessments such as the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Adaptive Behavior Assessment, and Language Assessments may be conducted to inform the structure and priorities of the plan.
03. Intervention
We apply evidence-based ABA strategies to teach new behaviors and support positive change. Techniques may include Active Student Responding, Activity Schedules, Discrete Trial Teaching, Task Analysis, Video Modeling, Visual Schedules, and more, depending on individual needs and responsiveness.
04. Review & Adapt
Progress is continuously reviewed through data analysis and feedback from family participation. Parent training and periodic reassessments help reinforce progress and ensure that the approach remains effective throughout the course of care.
Discharge
When a discharge is appropriate, a final evaluation documents progress in skill acquisition. We also connect with parents or guardians to discuss how acquired skills are being applied and provide guidance for ongoing support beyond services.
Here for You
Our team remains a continued resource for individuals, caregivers, and the broader community after services end. We value feedback and aim to maintain high standards through consistent engagement with those we serve.
